Emily's Headshots...

Look at these GORGEOUS blue eyes... combined with dark hair.... Gaaaah! I would give my right arm for eyes like these, seriously. Emily got referred to us by Mark Block of the Block Agency here in town. Emily and I had a great shoot and I think we got amazing shots. Hope you like them! -Krista

Hannah...

Jennifer and Steve brought their lil munchkin Hannah in yesterday to do her 1 year old photos! She was such a cutie pie and we had a blast shooting her. Jennifer wanted to do some photos outside, but when we got outside we realized that Hannah hadn't ever sat in the grass before! She would not do anything but stare at the grass, it was apparently way more mesmerizing than we were! Oh well.. We worked around it and still got some great shots of her, enjoy!

Oh, and Jennifer and Steve were referred by our awesome clients Nate and Pamela Patton... A word for those of you that don't know, if you refer your friends we will send you a 10% off coupon for each referral. These coupons can be combined with other offers or with other coupons, so if you refer 5 friends, you will have 50% off your next shoot! Thanks again for all of your referrals and support! -Krista

P.S. No, H.B. does NOT stand for Hannah Banana... I wondered the same thing... Jk :)

Cebastian Fritz

Okay, so what is up with all the adorable smiling babies lately? We have had a ton of babies in lately AND more importantly they have all been in fantastic moods and haven't stopped smiling through their entire shoots! Something must be in the water... (Wait, I better knock on wood while I am saying this)

Enter Mr. Cebastian Fritz, winner of the Franklin baby contest. His mom Jennifer told me that he won a free photo shoot a few months ago for being the cutest baby in Franklin! I can see why, I mean this kid could model for Gap. He had all the moves and didn't stop smiling the entire time! Jennifer, you better not leave us for NYC.

Here are some previews, but let me tell you there are about a thousand more... It was impossible to pick for this blog!

P.S. Jennifer is an amazing videographer... If any of you are need in this service you need to check out her site at: http://www.dynamicvideo7.com/

Sarah Bowers and Nibbles

A few shots from Sarah's shoot! She needed a few headshots, plus she brought her dog Nibbles along for some shots. I am a sucker for cute dogs, I could photograph them all day! -Krista

Dillon's Promo Shots..

Dillon Dixon is a very popular local singer/songwriter that has been a client of mine for quite a while now! Some of you may recognize him from Tin Roof, where he used to perform weekly. He came in for a few new promo shots and we had a great time shooting. Here are a few previews... and Dillon make sure you keep us in the loop as to when you are playing out again!!! -Krista

Shaunda's Headshots

Shaunda is a local actress trying to break into the business. She came to us to get headshots so she can get started! Here are a few previews. Good luck Shaunda and keep us posted on your progress!!!! -Krista

Ashley and Chris's Wedding

I have photographed Ashley Williams' family and friends so many times now that I am starting to feel like I am part of the family! They are the best. Her sister and friends have been clients of mine for a few years now, and they are all the coolest/most beautiful people ever.... I was so excited to be able to photograph Ashley on her wedding day. Little Lilly was the cutest flower girl EVER and despite the warm weather we had a blast and got some amazing shots. Check out more of the shots on our event site http://www.kristaleestudios.eventpictures.com/ ! -Krista

Dawson Fletcher...

This may be the most successful baby shoot we have had in a while... Believe it or not we managed to get ALL of these shots... plus about 100 more.. in under 20 minutes! Dawson was a pro, he just didn't stop smiling the entire shoot! When they are doing this well, I don't waste any time as kids this age are kind of like a ticking time bomb... You only have so much time and then bam! they are d-o-n-e and there is no going back. Haha :) I had a really hard time picking just a few for the blog, there are SO many more!!! Enjoy!

Eric Blum and Crew...

A few previews from Eric Blum's shoot! He was referred by one of our fave clients, the Fletcher family (who was referred by the Wheat family, who was originally referred by the Wheeler fam! Wow!) He brought his whole crew from Murfreesboro to get some updated shots for their website. We shot a few different backgrounds for everyone so that they would have a variety to choose from! Thanks again to all of you for your referrals! -Krista

Marley and MacGuire

Okay... Are those not the CUTEST names ever for 2 adorable little girls??? I am completely in love with the names they chose for these two little ones, and for short they call them M&M... Even cuter. Justin and Lindsey are good friends of mine, Justin actually used to be my boss when I worked at the Palm restaraunt (aaaaaahh... the good old days). Here are a few previews!!! -Krista

Atnip Family

The Atnip family brought the entire crew in last week for some: a) family photos b) senior pictures c) engagement photos and d) a few miscellaneous shots of other family members together! We had a blast and got a TON of photos. It was hard to pick just a few to put up on the blog but here are a few highlights!

On a different note, if you or any of your friends are wanting to come in for a photo shoot but can't come up with the dough, take a tip from the Atnip's.... A great way to get around this is to either combine a few shoots into an hour shoot or partner with a friend and split an hour session!!!

Hooper-Myers Wedding

This was hands down one of the SWEETEST weddings I have been to. This couple is absolutely adorable, absolutely in love with each other, and their family was an absolute dream to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. Despite the crummy weather outside (it was raining ugh!) we managed to get some great shots a few hours after the ceremony outside. They both kept their cool despite the "unfavorable" conditions and the crew at Cedarwood did a fabulous job as always, everything went perfect!

P.S. If you are not familiar with Cedarwood and happen to be planning a wedding you need to check their location out here. They have an absolutely beautiful location and are a dream to work with!

Kelsey's Bridal Portrait...

Usually I am not able to post bridal portraits until months after they are shot because most are shot before the wedding. Kelsey however, got married a few months ago and decided to do her shots after the ceremony rather than before. This usually works very well because we don't have to worry about getting the dress dirty or anything else for that matter. Here are a few from her session at Percy Warner! -Krista

Cagney and Rhett..

Hey everyone! I think we are FINALLY caught up from the computers being down last week. Sorry again for the delay in getting your photos on here!

So one of my closest cousins, Ursula came into town last week from Oklahoma and brought her 2 cutie pies with for a visit. Ursula and I grew up together riding horses, working at our grandparents store, and share a TON of great memories together. She and her husband live in Oklahoma now and I rarely get to see them so we had a great time catching up and spending time with Cagney and Rhett. They are at the stage where they are a little "rambunctious" so getting them to sit still long enough to catch a shot of them was pretty tricky! Haha! Here are a few previews, hope you like them! -Krista
