Lane's Senior Session / Murfreesboro, TN / Stones River

These photos are near and dear to my heart... One of my best friends from college (and my roommate!) messaged me a few weeks ago to tell me her daughter, Lane, needed senior pictures. After regaining my composure (HOW CAN SHE BE A SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL????!!!!!! It's just. not. possible.) we picked a date and decided to meet up at a local farm where Lane and her dad spend a lot of time.

Lane looks just like her momma, Teresa. It's almost eerie, it's like looking straight at Teresa just a (ahem) couple of months ago :) She's so beautiful, and just as sweet as she is gorgeous. We had a great shoot. Lane doesn't do photos very often, and I'm sure she was nervous. But you sure cannot tell from her gorgeous photos. I loved that she wanted to incorporate her sweet dog Honey, and since Lane grew up in the country playing in puddles and rivers, it was only fitting that we ended the session at Stones River.

I just love how these turned out. Although I think we all are shocked by how grown up she looks. Now excuse me while I go sob...

baby sister Ivy Jane came along to the shoot, so we had to include her in a few photos! <3 p="">

Abby + Tim : Engagement Photos : Murfreesboro Photographer

Abby and Tim are the sweetest couple ever and I am SO excited to be shooting their wedding next year!  Abby has been following my blog for years, and so I am excited that I get to finally feature HER on the blog!  Whoo hoo!

We originally had to reschedule their engagement shoot, as the weather was just awful and dingy and rainy.  I was a little worried we might have to reschedule a second time....as the weather this week has been a little iffy...  but they lucked out with an amazingly picture perfect day!  We met up in Murfreesboro and went for a more organic feel for their photos, no super urban images.  They were great sports, and followed me through eye level weeds/grass, laid on the ground, and let me pose them into all kinds of crazy poses (LOL) to get some amazing shots.  I am in love with how they turned out and I hope you all like them just as much!  Abby and Tim, it was great working with you all, can't wait for your big day!

:)
