Austin and Allison / West End Methodist Church and WO Smith

Allison and Austin had the most elegant, beautiful wedding last weekend at West End Methodist church and W.O. Smith here in Nashville. These two are the sweetest couple. They met while they were waiting tables together years ago and made long distance work!! They did a first look/private moment in the beautiful courtyard and Austin kept repeating, "You look so beautiful" with awe and wonder in his voice. He made us all cry with his sweet devotion! After the ceremony, we all headed to W.O. Smith where they had a fun evening with friends! Emily Kennedy of Kennedy Occassions was their wedding planner, and (as always!) she pulled all of the details together beautifully. We loved the bouquets that had cremes and royal blue accents, with the classic navy blue bridal party attire. So elegant!

Allison and Austin, we wish you both the best of luck. You both are so sweet and we know you will have an amazing life together!!!

xoxo

Katie and David : Hermitage Hotel + West End United Methodist Wedding : Nashville Wedding Photographer

Kate and David were college sweethearts who drifted apart. On Saturday, about 15 years later and a few miles the road, they married each other in one of our sweetest, most intimate weddings of the season.

They married at West End United Methodist Church, which despite the rain and clouds, provided a stunning backdrop for photos. Kate choose a flowing gown with an elegant cape. She simply floated!! David looked so handsome and was a great sport!! (He doesn't like his picture taken but put up with us for hours!!)
David and I actually knew each other at MTSU which was a pleasant surprise... I didn't meet him at our initial meeting so I had no idea that he was someone I knew, LOL.  Too funny.  Kate dressed her flower girls in the most precious tutus ever!! They looked like snow fairies with matching tiaras.

After the ceremony, they invited their twenty-six guests to a wonderful lunch at the stunning Hermitage Hotel. Served on the veranda {which was elegantly decorated for Christmas} and accompanied by a piano player, they enjoyed a multi-course lunch. The kids table? Adorable. Kate put together a coloring book for her young guests which told Kate and David's love story. Pink horses, purple hair and many creative color choices later, the kids seemed to be having a blast.  What a unique way to incorporate the story of their day, we just loved that idea.

This was our last wedding of 2012 and we loved being a part of your day!!  Dave and Katie, we wish you a lifetime of happiness!  Hope you love your previews :)
