Sadie + Will : Cathedral of Incarnation Wedding and Houston Station Reception! Nashville Wedding Photographer

I am so excited to post this wedding.  I feel like I am starting to become a part of this sweet family, as this is now the 3rd wedding I have shot for their (extended) family!  It seems every year or two, one of the many cousins start planning a wedding, and they call me to shoot their big day! Just love hearing from them :) :)   Our brides lately have had true spring weddings, with a little rain followed by a little sunshine. Sadie & Will had flood warnings, LOL!  Sadie and Will's day was fairly chilly and rainy.  But we managed to get some outdoor photos despite the wind and rain.  At one point, with visibly shaking bridesmaids, I asked Sadie if we should go in because of the cold. She replied, "I'm from Alaska. I'm fine." Love it!! Her fabulous blue bridesmaids (with matching blue umbrellas!!) were such troopers. They took such sweet care of Sadie all day long. Sadie --those dimples, that dress-- looked so sophisticated and charming.

Sadie & Will got married at the stunning Cathedral of the Incarnation on West End. Sadie and Will went to mass here for their third date. It is truly magnificent and sets the stage for a momentous occasion. We loved the iridescent blue flowers, especially Ms. Maddie's wreath and hair decor.  They made such a stunning statement!

They choose Houston Station for their reception and if you follow this blog you know how much I love Houston Station. I loved the special movie that Sadie and Will's parents put together for their guests. And that heart on the wall? Adorable. All the extra touches --beer from Alaska, shells from Florida, photos from family weddings-- really spoke of Sadie and Will and their connection to people & places they hold dear in their hearts.

Thanks so much for letting us share in your special day. Best wishes, Sadie & Will!!
