These are the words that immediately come to mind when I think of Mike and Lisa's gorgeous wedding day at Cedarwood here in Nashville, Tennessee. Mike and Lisa wanted to go with a retro 20's theme, reminiscent of Great Gatsby and the roaring 20's. They had a very intimate ceremony, with only close friends and immediate family attending. The yard of Cedarwood was transformed into a magical scene, complete with styled era furniture, an old record player, antique champagne flutes, opulent and lavish floral arrangements and tablescapes. I loved the deep chocolate brown and gold tones mixed with the fresh orchids, flowers, and candles. Oh-so-pretty. Did I mention the gorgeous, sweeping white curtains that were hung from the antebellum home's front porch? These beautiful drapes flowed with the wind and were a striking touch to the whole scene.
Mike and Lisa were so calm and so fun. They had touching ceremony witnessed by their 20 guests, then sat down for a lovely dinner in the yard, with globe lights hanging overhead.
Mike and Lisa, it was great meeting you! Your wedding was absolutely stunning. Hope you love the preview, more to come soon!
