Diana + Shawn : Cheekwood Botanical Wedding

I just adore this couple.  We've gotten to know Diana and Shawn pretty well over the past year of planning their wedding, and are truly the perfect match for each other.  Diana is beautiful, has a great sense of humor, and is always laughing and joking around.  Shawn is a handsome and fun guy, and his style reminds me of someone you'd see if you lived in the 1920's or 30's.... We loved his hair, and the classic bow tie and tux he chose to wear on their wedding day fit his style perfectly.

Diana and the girls got ready (after a slumber party the night before!) at a gorgeous home downtown Nashville that overlooked the skyline.  My favorite moment with the girls was when, surrounded by her glam squad, one of her bridesmaids started massaging her feet... and another started feeding her grapes.  LMAO!  Talk about royal treatment!  The boys got ready at the Moose, where they were treated to straight razor shaves, cigars, and tons of "guy time"! Love it.

Shawn and Diana tied the knot at the most elegant and stylish venue in the Nashville area.  Cheekwood Botanical Gardens really is the epitome of southern charm and class.  With the mansion and winding staircases in the background, they said their vows surrounded by a close group of friends and family. There wasn't a dry eye in the place (I'm pretty sure I have at least 50 photos I have of people wiping their eyes, LOL!) and it was such a sweet ceremony.  I just LOVE the way these two look at each other!  It's pure adoration!!!

They then headed to their gorgeous reception which was illuminated with tons of candles, sparkly table linens, beautiful drapings, creme colored roses lining the tables, and to top it off... 2 overstuffed white chairs for the Diana and Shawn to relax in!  This entire event was flawlessly put together by Angela Proffitt and her main gal, Alison Blurry.  The night was such absolutely beautiful and I know all of their guests had a ball.

Diana and Shawn, congratulations!  We just love you all and we are so excited for you!  Although, I do have to say we are a little sad we won't be seeing you as often now!  Hope you had a great honeymoon :) :)
